 Qualifications
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Strategic thinker and self-starter with strong problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills, with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
 </li>
 <li>
 4 to 6 years experience in product &amp; business development
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional stakeholder management, relationship management, and conflict resolution skills; with a track record of gaining consensus for product strategies
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent oral and written communications skills and ability to communicate effectively to audiences with varied backgrounds
 </li>
 <li>
 Good command of MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
 </li>
 <li>
 General knowledge of fintech models and APIs
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and articulate the company's product vision and strategy
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct comprehensive market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify market opportunities and challenges
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate closely with development, Design, and other teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of high-quality products
 </li>
 <li>
 Create and follow tasks on Jira or other project management tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business objectives, customer value, and technical feasibility
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor product performance, analyze metrics, and gather feedback to inform iterative improvements and optimize product strategies
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage end to end 3rd party relationships including initiation processes and implementation of services
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare strategic and update presentations for c-level meetings
 </li>

 4&ndash;6 years of experience in product management and business development
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven stakeholder management, relationship building, and conflict resolution skills, with a track record of driving consensus on product strategies

 <li>
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to diverse audiences
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
