<div>Hanover Foods Corporation - Centre Hall, PA, is currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic. The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible to the Mechanic with whom is assigned to carry out routine procedures and learn the skills of the maintenance craft. The qualified candidate will have the ability to attend work predictably, regularly and be punctual; have the ability to read and understand documents, drawings, and instructions; work cooperatively with others, perform several tasks at once, possess the ability to follow instruction, etc.

The duties listed below are representative of the types of responsibilities required for the role. Additional tasks may be assigned as needed to meet the needs of the organization:<ul><li>
Performs and/or assists on projects under close supervision.</li><li>
Performs minor repairs under close supervision.</li><li>
Responsible for following food safety, legality and quality policies and procedures within the scope of the job responsibilities such as but not limited to: GMP&rsquo;s, HACCP, food safety, product quality, food security, plant security, etc.</li><li>
Adheres to common safety practices and procedures, including the wearing of PPEs as required.</li><li>
Keeps work area neat and orderly according to good housekeeping practices.</li><li>
Performs other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Manager.</li><li>
Greases and oils plant equipment under close supervision.</li></ul>

Strong mechanical skills.</li><li>
Position requires Heavy Physical exertion.</li><li>

2nd Shift Maintenance Mechanic

<div>Spring Glen Fresh Foods is currently seeking a Quality Control Technician on first shift.
Starting at: $16.50
This position will be responsible for monitoring all aspects of manufacturing to carry out the specific job duties: Performing accurate analytical tests at specific intervals to assess the quality of raw materials, products and adequacy of packaging. Identifies and communicates any problems. Closely monitors products during the times corrective steps are being taken, retesting the product to determine its acceptability. Placing products on hold which are substandard and require management to determine their disposition. Checks product to be reworked is handled properly and or disposed of if necessary. Monitor sanitation and product hazards present on the production lines and in the storage areas. Complete and maintain accurate reports as required. Helps obtain sales samples and their subsequent shipment.
This position requires the ability to read, write and understand the English language and have basic math skills in order to satisfactorily complete job requirements.
