</b></h4><ul><li><b>Reviewing and sealing our drafted custom plans</b></li><li><b>Applying principles of engineering to design structures and determine suitable construction methods for our buildings.</b></li><li><b>Analyzing components and calculations of post frame buildings to improve design methods</b></li><li><b>Calculating the pressure, stresses, and strains that each component, such as beams and columns, will encounter</b></li><li><b>Working with our IT staff to improve our custom pricing program</b></li><li><b>Sealing plans and letters to communicate to our clients and building departments building requirements</b></li><li><b>Assisting our clients in the various challenges it takes to get their building permits across the country.</b></li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>

</b></h4><ul><li><b>Basic knowledge in CAD software to do simple updates and review plans</b></li><li><b>Experience in drafting schematics and creating technical drawings</b></li><li><b>Familiarity with construction processes and terminology</b></li><li><b>Ability to work with 2D animation for visualization purposes</b></li><li><b>Strong attention to detail and accuracy</b></li><li><b>Knowledge of Sketchup and other CAD tools is a plus</b></li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
