Job description<ul><li>Position: Marketing Head</li><li>Location: Delhi</li><li>Work Timings: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST</li><li>Work Type: Onsite (Work from Office)</li></ul>Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Manager with proven experience in the IT services industry. This is a target-based role where you will be responsible for generating qualified leads and achieving mutually agreed targets on a monthly basis. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record in digital marketing strategies, including Facebook, LinkedIn, SEO, PPC, and email marketing, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation:<ul><li>Drive high-quality lead generation through Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Campaigns, and Google Ads.</li><li>Implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and inbound leads.</li><li>Plan and execute PPC campaigns, ensuring high ROI.</li></ul>2. Email Marketing:<ul><li>Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.</li><li>Use automation tools to enhance outreach efficiency and engagement.</li></ul>3. Target Achievement:<ul><li>Meet monthly lead generation and revenue targets as mutually agreed upon with the management.</li><li>Continuously optimize campaigns to ensure targets are met or exceeded.</li></ul>4. Marketing Strategy:<ul><li>Collaborate with the team to design marketing strategies tailored to the IT services industry.</li><li>Create and optimize content for blogs, social media, and ad campaigns.</li></ul>5. Data Analysis:<ul><li>Track, analyze, and report the performance of campaigns and leads.</li><li>Use insights to improve strategies and enhance lead quality and volume.</li></ul>6.
