Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Diagnose: Use tools and manuals to identify mechanical and electrical faults on Suzuki 2-wheelers.</li><li>Repair: Perform routine scheduled maintenance and complex component overhauls (engine, transmission, brakes).</li><li>Quality Check: Conduct test rides and final inspections to ensure safety and quality standards are met.</li><li>Documentation: Accurately record all work, parts, and time on job cards/DMS (Dealer Management System).</li><li>PDI: Assemble and inspect new motorcycles/scooters before customer delivery.</li><li>Support: Communicate technical issues clearly to the Service Advisor and other team members.</li><li>Workshop: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Qualification: Vocational/Technical training in 2-wheeler mechanics preferred.</li><li>Experience: Previous mechanical experience, preferably with motorcycles/scooters.</li><li>Technical: Strong knowledge of 2-wheeler engines, electrical systems, and fuel systems (FI/Carburetor).</li><li>Tools: Proficient in using hand tools and electronic diagnostic equipment.</li><li>Soft Skills: Good communication, teamwork, and strong problem-solving ability.</li><li>Licensing: Valid motorcycle driving license is often required.</li><li>Training: Commitment to complete all Suzuki-mandated factory training.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: From &#8377;12,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
