Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Customer Relationship Management:</li><li>Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback.</li><li>Ensure a personalized experience for each customer by understanding their unique needs.</li><li>Client Retention:</li><li>Identify and implement strategies to improve customer retention.</li><li>Monitor customer satisfaction levels and resolve issues promptly.</li><li>Conduct follow-up calls or emails to gather feedback after services or products are delivered.</li><li>Sales Support:</li><li>Collaborate with the sales team to identify cross-selling or up-selling opportunities.</li><li>Assist customers in making informed decisions by understanding their requirements and recommending appropriate products or services.</li><li>Process orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring a smooth transaction process.</li><li>Problem Resolution:</li><li>Address and resolve customer complaints, acting as a mediator when necessary.</li><li>Work with internal teams (e.g., logistics, product development, or technical support) to resolve any issues that may affect the customer experience.</li><li>Maintain a record of customer complaints and resolutions for future reference.</li><li>Customer Feedback &amp; Reporting:</li><li>Collect customer feedback through surveys, interviews, or direct conversations.</li><li>Provide regular reports on customer satisfaction, trends, and areas of improvement to management.</li><li>Use customer insights to drive improvements in service offerings or product designs.</li><li>Collaboration with Other Departments:</li><li>Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure customer needs are incorporated into promotional campaigns and product enhancements.</li><li>Assist in the development of training materials and processes to improve customer interactions across all touchpoints.</li><li>CRM Software Utilization:</li><li>Manage and update customer information using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot).</li><li>Track customer interactions, sales opportunities, and project timelines in CRM tools.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Education: A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Previous experience in customer service or customer relationship management is preferred (0-3 years).</li><li>Experience working in a similar industry is a plus ( Health &amp; wellness)</li></ul>Skills:<ul><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.</li><li>Proficient in using CRM software (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.).</li><li>Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into actionable solutions.</li><li>High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.</li></ul>Desired Traits:<ul><li>Empathetic and customer-centric mindset.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.</li><li>Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.</li><li>Enthusiastic and positive attitude towards customer interaction.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, FresherPay: &#8377;15,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Bangalore City, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Hindi (Required)</li><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
