Happy Mozart is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Piano Teachers. We provide full administrative support including scheduling, enrollment, accounting, recruiting.In person teaching Position: Piano Teachers (Part-Time) We are only accepting applications from teachers in the San Francisco Bay Area or those who plan to relocate here in the next 30 days.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide high-quality music instruction to young children in piano.</li><li>Develop customized lesson plans based on individual and group student needs and abilities</li><li>Foster a supportive and encouraging learning environment</li><li>Guide students in proper technique, music theory, sight-reading, and performance skills</li><li>Prepare students for recitals, competitions, and examinations as required</li><li>Collaborating with our faculty to develop group class curriculum objectives, content, and lesson plans.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>BA or BM in music (preference is given to MM / PHD / DMA holder)</li><li>Patience and a genuine passion for working with young children for all ages &amp; levels</li><li>Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills with students, parents and our administrative team</li><li>Resides in the Bay Area with reliable transportation to San Mateo</li><li>2 year minimum commitment</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive hourly rate (higher than the industry average)</li><li>We hire teachers exclusively as W2 employees, not 1099 contractors</li><li>Flexible part-time schedule to accommodate your availability days</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth and development</li><li>A supportive and friendly work environment</li></ul>To apply, please submit the following:<ul><li>Your updated resume highlighting your educational and musical background</li><li>A brief cover letter expressing your interest in the position</li><li>Any relevant teaching or performance videos' link (if available)</li></ul>Join our team and make a difference in the lives of aspiring young musicians!
