Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Supervise and engage with students in a safe and supportive manner.</li><li>
Assist with homework and academic activities.</li><li>
Plan and lead enrichment activities, including arts and crafts, sports, and educational games.</li><li>
Communicate with parents and guardians about student progress and behavior.</li><li>
Collaborate with other staff to create a positive learning environment.</li><li>
Maintain a clean and organized classroom.</li></ul>

Qualifications:<ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or higher in education or a related field preferred.</li><li>
Previous experience working with children in a school, camp, or after-school program setting.</li><li>
Strong communication and organizational skills.</li><li>
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.</li><li>
CPR and First Aid certification preferred.</li><li>
OCFS background check required.</li></ul></div>
