This is an entry level role requiring strong organizational and communication skills.Key Responsibilities:Answering phones and directing calls, managing emails, organizing files, data entry, scheduling appointments and managing routes and schedules.Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:Organizational skills: ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.Communication skills: Strong verbal and written skills for communicating with staff and clients.Technical Proficiency: knowledge of basic office softwareBillingual in English and Spanish preferred<ul><li>Proven ability to handle multi-line phone systems and demonstrate excellent phone etiquette</li><li>Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and data entry skills</li><li>Bilingual abilities are a plus for communicating effectively with diverse clients or team members</li><li>Experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping software is preferred but not required; training can be provided</li><li>Demonstrated organizational skills with keen attention to detail in proofreading and document management</li><li>Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently using time management techniques in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Previous roles such as receptionist, medical receptionist, dental receptionist or personal assistant will be considered advantageous</li></ul>Pay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hourExpected hours: 40.0 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
