The Opportunity 
We&rsquo;re seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Floor Technician
What You Will Do<ul><li>
Responsible for cleaning carpeted and hardwood flooring</li><li>
Scrubbing polishing and waxing floors of all types</li><li>
Perform routine and deep cleaning of resident rooms, common areas, and facility hallways to maintain a hygienic, presentable, and comfortable environment</li><li>
Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish surfaces according to cleaning schedules and protocols</li><li>
Replenish supplies such as linens, toiletries, and cleaning products in designated areas</li><li>
Dispose of trash and soiled linens appropriately and according to infection control procedures</li><li>
Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly to the appropriate department</li><li>
Duties as assigned</li><li>
Must be able to lift 50lbs or less</li></ul>
What You Must Have<ul><li>
Prior housekeeping or custodial experience preferred (healthcare or hospitality setting a plus)</li><li>
Knowledge of industrial cleaning tools and procedures is a bonus,</li></ul>
