The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a dedicated RN Supervisor
What You Will Do<ul><li>
Supervise delivery medications and treatments along with supervision of RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aids where applicable</li><li>
Completion of required admission and routine resident assessments</li><li>
Monitor resident conditions and respond quickly to changes, ensuring safety, comfort, and continuity of care.</li><li>
Support activities of daily living</li><li>
Maintain clear, timely documentation</li><li>
Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary teams and families</li><li>
Adhere to infection control and safety standards to protect your residents and your teammates</li><li>
Other duties as assigned</li></ul>
What You Must Have<ul><li>
Active RN license in good standing in the state of practice.</li><li>
Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required&mdash;we&rsquo;ll invest in the right heart and mindset.</li></ul>
