Job Description and Responsibility<ul><li>Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company&rsquo;s full legal rights</li><li>Give accurate and timely counsel to executives in a variety of legal topics</li><li>Collaborate with management to devise efficient defense strategies</li><li>Assist in documentation and company formation related formalities.</li><li>Specify internal governance policies and regularly monitor compliance</li><li>Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations</li><li>Apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advise on possible legal issues</li><li>Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority etc.)</li><li>Deal with complex matters with multiple stakeholders</li><li>Provide clarification on legal language or specifications to everyone in the organization</li><li>Conduct work with integrity and responsibility</li><li>Maintain current knowledge of alterations in legislation.</li></ul>MEASURES OF SUCCESS:<ul><li>Completion of agreement reviews within timelines</li><li>Quality of suggestions and findings</li><li>Feedback from supervisor and process owners.</li><li>Process value additions</li></ul>Desired Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>Proven experience as a Legal Counsel in business environment</li><li>Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures</li><li>Full comprehension of the influences of the external environment of a corporation</li><li>Demonstrated ability to create legal defensive or proactive strategies</li><li>Master degree in Law and at least four to five years of similar experience in a consulting or financial service organization</li><li>Proficiency on working in MS &ndash; Office</li><li>Strong analytical &amp; decision-making skills.</li><li>Ability to structure solutions to complex problems.</li><li>Demonstrate self-discipline &amp; good time management.</li><li>Self-starter &amp; can work on multiple projects under pressure.</li><li>Demonstrate creativity &amp; intuitive thinking.</li><li>Consistently complete work on time &amp; within budget without compromising quality.</li><li>Consistently convey a confident, professional, positive &amp; realistic attitude.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;300,000.00 - &#8377;350,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
