Role OverviewWe are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Robotics &amp; STEM Trainer to conduct engaging, hands-on sessions for school students. The trainer will be responsible for teaching Robotics, Coding, and STEM-related activities, inspiring curiosity, problem-solving, and innovation among young learners.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Conduct interactive Robotics, Coding, and STEM classes for students (Grades [specify]).</li><li>Deliver curriculum through practical, project-based learning.</li><li>Set up and maintain robotics kits, lab equipment, and software.</li><li>Guide students in building models, coding projects, and participating in competitions.</li><li>Encourage creativity, teamwork, and critical thinking through activities.</li><li>Provide regular feedback on student performance and progress.</li><li>Support school events, exhibitions, and championship participation related to STEM &amp; Robotics.</li><li>Continuously learn and upgrade skills to stay aligned with the latest technology trends.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Graduate in Engineering/Science/Technology (preferred: B.Tech, B.Sc., or related field).</li><li>Prior teaching/training experience in Robotics, Coding, or STEM (preferred but not mandatory).</li><li>Strong knowledge of robotics kits (Arduino, LEGO, EV3, etc.) and programming basics (Scratch, Python, C++, etc.).</li><li>Good communication and classroom management skills.</li><li>Passion for teaching, mentoring, and working with children.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Opportunity to shape future innovators.</li><li>Hands-on training and curriculum support.</li><li>Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.</li><li>A dynamic and creative work environment.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;45,951.40 per monthLanguage:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
