Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Window Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and window installation, with expertise in handling various tools and materials. This role involves working on-site to install windows and related fixtures, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.Duties<ul><li>Install windows, doors, and other glass fixtures according to specifications.</li><li>Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various installation tasks.</li><li>Perform heavy lifting (above 40 lbs) during the installation process.</li><li>Conduct fabrication tasks as required for custom window installations.</li><li>Execute trim carpentry work, including door hanging and window trim work.</li><li>Apply caulking and sealants to ensure proper insulation and weatherproofing.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and safe construction site.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in construction with window and glass installation.</li><li>Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and equipment relevant to the installation process. HARDY WINDOWS DOES NOT SUPPLY TOOLS</li><li>Strong understanding of construction estimating, fabrication, and manufacturing processes.</li><li>Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and practices.</li><li>Capability of performing heavy lifting (over 50 pounds) as required by the job duties.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in all aspects of work.</li><li>A positive attitude with strong communication skills for effective teamwork.</li><li>Must have reliable transportation to work.</li><li>Basic english speaking and understanding</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Denton, TX 76205 (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Denton, TX 76205: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
