These yatras offer participants an exclusive blend of divine darshans, satsang, kirtan, pastime kathas, and satvik wellness experiences, all in a comfortable and well-managed environment.Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and persuasive Sales Executive to join our VCM Dham Yatra team. The role focuses on converting interested leads into confirmed registrations by effectively communicating the value of our yatras and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for participants.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Engage with leads generated through various channels (calls, messages, emails, social media).</li><li>Explain the complete yatra itinerary and highlight its spiritual, cultural, and wellness aspects.</li><li>Understand customer preferences (e.g., desired destinations, travel interests) and match them with suitable yatras.</li><li>Present the unique offerings and USPs of Vrindavan Chandrodaya Mandir&rsquo;s Dham Yatras.</li><li>Build strong rapport with prospects through personalized follow-ups and regular communication.</li><li>Maintain updated records of all inquiries, leads, and conversions in the CRM system.</li><li>Work closely with the yatra operations team to ensure a seamless registration and onboarding process.</li></ul>Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targetsRequirements:<ul><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi &amp; English proficiency required; knowledge of other languages is a plus).</li><li>Strong communication skills in English and regional languages (Hindi).</li><li>Ability to explain travel products clearly and convincingly.</li><li>Passion for Indian culture, spirituality, and pilgrimage tourism</li><li>Passion for travel and cultural tourism, particularly religious tourism.</li><li>Target-driven, self-motivated, and organized.</li></ul>What We Offer:Opportunity to be part of a landmark spiritual and cultural project in India.Performance-based incentives and career growth opportunities.
