Job Overview:We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate will lead visual design initiatives and ensure high-quality creative output across digital and print platforms. This role will focus primarily (70%) on graphic design, with an additional focus (30%) on UI/UX for digital platforms or may be structured as 100% graphic design depending on the candidate&rsquo;s core strengths.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead creative design projects from concept to final execution, ensuring brand consistency.</li><li>Create compelling visual content for digital campaigns, social media, websites, presentations, brochures, and advertisements.</li><li>Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and web teams to meet campaign and branding goals.</li><li>Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity.</li><li>Contribute UI/UX design input for websites and landing pages (if applicable).</li><li>Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Take ownership of the visual identity and uphold high design standards across all platforms.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in graphic design.</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite &ndash; Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (Adobe XD or Figma is a plus for UI/UX).</li><li>Strong portfolio showcasing creative, professional design work.</li><li>Ability to interpret marketing needs and translate them into compelling designs.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills.</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles and tools (Figma, Adobe XD).</li><li>Experience working in a digital marketing environment or agency.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary based on experience and skills.</li><li>A dynamic and collaborative team environment.</li><li>Opportunities to lead brand-defining campaigns.</li><li>Career growth within a fast-paced digital marketing setup.</li></ul>Design Software ProficiencyStrategic and Conceptual SkillsLeadership and Interpersonal SkillsWeb Design &amp; UI/UXMotion Graphics/AnimationJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;600,000.00 - &#8377;700,351.29 per yearWork Location: In person
