Business Development Executive &ndash; FMCGWe are seeking a driven and proactive Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding market presence, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. If you have a passion for sales, negotiation, and brand development within the FMCG sector, we&rsquo;d love to meet you.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Identify and develop new business opportunities in retail, wholesale, and distribution channels.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and trade partners.</li><li>Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.</li><li>Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPI objectives.</li><li>Prepare and deliver product presentations to potential customers.</li><li>Manage sales pipeline, lead generation, and follow-up for conversions.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) to ensure smooth execution of orders and promotions.</li><li>Negotiate pricing, contracts, and agreements with customers.</li><li>Explore new markets and evaluate new product placement opportunities.</li><li>Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).</li><li>Proven experience in FMCG sales or business development (1&ndash;3 years preferred).</li><li>Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.</li><li>Ability to build long-term relationships and manage key accounts.</li><li>Results-driven mindset with strong initiative and follow-through.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).</li></ul>Skills Needed:<ul><li>Sales &amp; negotiation</li><li>Networking &amp; relationship building</li><li>Market research &amp; competitor analysis</li><li>Customer service orientation</li><li>Strategic thinking &amp; problem-solving</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
