Your role<ul><li>Create and implement inclusive digital marketing strategies by utilising different digital mediums and setting measurable KPIs.</li><li>Collaborate with other teams (like content, sales, and customer service) to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.</li><li>Manage digital campaigns, monitor performance reports, analyse data, and make data-driven recommendations.</li><li>Optimise website performance, including organic traffic, bounce rate, and conversion rates to improve user experience and drive lead generation.</li><li>Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and new growth opportunities.</li></ul>Preferred skills and qualifications<ul><li>Experience with graphic design and content production.</li><li>Knowledge of website CMS and marketing automation tools.</li><li>Proficiency in developing and overseeing email marketing initiatives.</li><li>Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and website design best practices.</li><li>Certifications in Hubspot, Google Analytics, Google Ads, or similar.</li><li>Fluency in English, Hindi and at least one regional language.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;12,000.00 - &#8377;16,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
