The T&amp;D Project Coordinator is responsible for administrative support related to construction management in the electrical construction industry. The Coordinator will interact with and provide general project support to senior project professionals.</div><div></div><div><b><br>

Essential Functions</b></div><ul><li>
Reconcile timesheets to work orders and work orders to work order logs</li><li>
Review of equipment and labor in timesheets</li><li>
Billing preparation for assigned projects</li><li>
Investigate discrepancies in purchase order summary reports</li><li>
Enter Purchase Orders in the system</li><li>
Assist project professionals in various administrative areas</li><li>
Generate job number and set-up of job information</li><li>
Assist in crew work order scheduling</li><li>
Regular and predictable attendance</li></ul><br>

About You:

Qualifications</b></div><ul><li>
Minimum 1 -3 years of administrative support experience in the electrical construction industry</li><li>
Associate degree preferred</li></ul><div><b>
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities</b></div><ul><li>
Strong written and oral communication skills</li><li>
Detail-oriented</li><li>
Ability to think practically in order to solve office problems and interface effectively with senior project personnel</li><li>
Excellent computer skills including MS Word and Excel</li></ul>

Commensurate with experience, paid weekly. Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. MYR Group reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the qualifications of the selected candidate.
