Requires great understanding of Material Requirements Planning and strong focus on efficient and timely delivery of raw materials and products to meet business and customer demands by actively collaborating with the respective teams.Key Responsibilities:1. Strategic Planning &amp; Execution<ul><li>Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business goals for sourcing, production, warehousing, and logistics.</li><li>Assist in forecasting of demand and production needs.</li><li>Use computer systems for real-time tracking and control.</li></ul>2. Inventory &amp; Materials Planning and Management<ul><li>Generate Procurement and Inventory Plans</li><li>Liaise with Procurement, Stores and Distribution teams to ensure timely</li><li>Monitor raw material and finished goods inventory across multiple locations.</li><li>Implement lean inventory models to reduce waste and holding costs.</li><li>Maintain adherence to shelf-life requirements and freshness of perishable items.</li></ul>3. Production Coordination<ul><li>Liaise with production and retail teams to ensure timely manufacturing &amp; supply.</li><li>Maintain adherence to shelf-life requirements and freshness of perishable items.</li></ul>4. Logistics &amp; Distribution<ul><li>Manage third-party logistics (3PL) partners and in-house fleets.</li><li>Generate &amp; Optimize dispatch schedules.</li></ul>5. Risk Management<ul><li>Develop contingency plans for supply disruptions, spoilage, and recalls.</li><li>Monitor and mitigate supply chain risks (e.g., seasonal shortages, logistics delays).</li></ul>6. Data Analysis &amp; Continuous Improvement<ul><li>Track KPIs such as OTIF (On-Time In-Full), fill rate, inventory turnover etc</li><li>Evaluate performance through dashboards, data analytics, and regular reviews.</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>In-depth knowledge of materials planning and logistics</li><li>Strong collaboration, analytical, and leadership skills.</li><li>Hands-on experience with supply chain planning software.</li><li>Ability to multitask and operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</li></ul>Qualifications: A Degree in Supply Chain Or Operations Management Or Industrial Or Production Engineering Or Operations Research. Brought into the world from a love for baking, the desire to create a meeting place that serves delicious food with a warm rustic environment. The Organization offers a full scope of Breads, morning merchandise, cakes, baked and savoury goods. Currently the team size is of about 200 people with more than 15 outlets across Hyderabad, along with a plan of opening 100 new outlets across Mumbai, Goa, Vijayawada, Bangalore, Chennai scaling up to 1000 people over the next year.Designation: SCM Manager (Supply Chain &amp; Warehouse Management)Qualification: Graduate in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field.
