 What You Will Do

 Create manufacturing processes, and conduct defect and failure analysis, engineering evaluations, statistical analysis and implement corrective actions to support process improvement efforts and ensure root-cause analysis translates into process improvements when appropriate

 Good Knowledge in FMEA , Control Plan , Process Capability ,Work instruction, PPAP process

 What You Need To Be Successful

 Plan production capability and manpower for new project to achieve SOP standard base on high efficiency and low cost.

 Continuous to drive and lead to improve process performance to attain high first-pass yield, lower production scrap and optimize machine utilization rate.

 Should have Hands on experience in using Lean Philosophy for waste identification and process improvements, Experience in Capacity planning and implementing actions to meet capacity requirements
 </li>
 <li>

 To ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality production of automotive Connector Car and Car Audio products through effective planning, monitoring and optimization of the assembly lines, Act for implementation of production processes and procedures, leading productivity improvements, including new product introduction and manufacturing cell design to Reduce waste, Improve Safety, Quality, Delivery Performance.  What You Will Do

 Manage daily operations for assembly lines manufacturing Connected Car and Car Audio Products.
 </li>

 Monitor production targets, cycle time and manpower planning to ensure output meets demand.
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WI).
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ESD standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with Quality and Engineering teams to address in-process defects, deviations, and audits.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support PPAP, FMEA, and root cause analysis (RCA) for production issues.

 Lead Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S, Poka-Yoke, SMED).
