Managing junior project managers, field teams, and clients over a project&rsquo;s lifecycle.</div></li><li><div>
Managing financial processes to predict, analyze, and communicate key metrics/results.</div></li><li><div>
Providing project accountability to drive process consistency aligned with Harmon&rsquo;s best practices.</div></li><li><div>
Demonstration technical acuity to intercept potential issues and teach others to take action to mitigate loss.</div></li></ul><div></div><div>
EXPERIENCE</div><ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent industry experience.</li><li>
9-16 years experience in project management or a related field</li><li>
Technical acuity applicable to the curtainwall business</li></ul><div></div><div>
