The ideal candidate is a bilingual storyteller (Korean/English) with skills in writing, design, and video production who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.</li><li>Create engaging content: social media posts, blogs, newsletters, product descriptions, and video scripts.</li><li>Manage and grow social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and drive community engagement.</li><li>Collaborate with influencers and manage affiliate/partner marketing campaigns.</li><li>Produce graphics and videos using tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, and CapCut.</li><li>Track performance with Google Analytics and social media insights; optimize campaigns for ROI.</li><li>Refine content strategies based on competitor analysis and industry trends.</li><li>Develop culturally relevant storytelling tailored to Korean-American and broader target audiences.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of content creation and planning experience.</li><li>5+ years overall experience in digital marketing.</li><li>Strong skills in writing, editing, and visual storytelling.</li><li>Proficiency in SNS management and digital analytics tools.</li><li>Skilled in graphic and video production tools (Canva, Adobe, CapCut).</li><li>Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English (reading, writing, speaking).</li><li>Strong multitasking, time management, and adaptability skills.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Media.</li><li>Agency experience (digital, content, or advertising).</li><li>Successful track record with influencer partnerships or community marketing.</li><li>Experience with SEO/SEM optimization.</li><li>Photography and video production/editing experience.</li><li>E-commerce or food industry marketing background.</li></ul>Compensation &amp; BenefitsFull-Time Employee Benefits:<ul><li>Employee Discount on company products.</li><li>Paid Vacation (8 days annually, available after 1 year).</li><li>Paid Sick Leave (5 days annually, available after 3 months).</li><li>Health Insurance: Company covers 65% of Medical, Dental, and Vision premiums (after 3 months).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Digital marketing: 5 years (Required)</li><li>content creation and planning: 2 years (Required)</li><li>managing social media channels: 1 year (Required)</li><li>graphic and video production tool: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Korean (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
