Position Overview:We are seeking a motivated and organized Dental Clinic &ndash; Patient Relation Team Leader to support daily clinic operations and ensure efficient coordination between the dental team and front-office staff. The ideal candidate will support both administrative and clinical workflows, maintain high service standards, and help create a positive experience for every patient.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise daily clinic operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely patient service.</li><li>Coordinate schedules, appointments, and communication between doctors, nurses, and reception staff.</li><li>Support dental staff with operational needs and ensure adherence to clinic policies.</li><li>Oversee patient management, from registration to follow-up.</li><li>Handle inquiries, feedback, and minor concerns in a professional manner.</li><li>Monitor cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the clinic environment.</li><li>Prepare reports and assist in performance monitoring and staff training.</li><li>Ensure compliance with health, safety, and confidentiality standards.</li></ul>Qualifications and Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Dentistry</li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or front-office roles, ideally within a dental or healthcare environment.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office applications and clinic management software.</li><li>Professional appearance and positive attitude.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: Up to AED5,500.00 per month
