<div>HarmonyTech Inc. is seeking a Technical Project Manager to support a federal government application modernization program. The successful candidate will oversee project execution, coordinate technical teams, and ensure successful delivery of mission-critical software solutions.
Position is based in Huntsville, AL and requires U.S. Citizenship and Ability to obtain and a Public Trust clearance.
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Lead large and complex software development projects.</li><li>
Manage project schedules, deliverables, risks, and resources.</li><li>
Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and designers.</li><li>
Analyze project-related issues and develop innovative solutions.</li><li>
Provide oversight for systems development, maintenance, and deployment activities.</li><li>
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and stakeholder communications.</li><li>
Ensure software solutions meet business and technical requirements.</li><li>
Monitor project performance and provide regular status reporting.</li></ul>
Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>
Minimum 6 years of project management experience.</li><li>
Experience managing software development projects.</li><li>
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.</li><li>
Experience with AWS cloud environments.</li><li>
Excellent communication and leadership skills.</li></ul>
Required Certifications (one of the following):<ul><li>
AWS Certified Solutions Architect &ndash; Associate</li><li>
AWS Certified Solutions Architect &ndash; Professional</li><li>
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)</li><li>
Professional Scrum Master (PSM I, II, or III)</li><li>
Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM)</li><li>
Certified Scrum Professional &ndash; ScrumMaster</li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>
Experience supporting federal government programs.</li><li>
Experience managing cloud modernization projects.</li></ul>
Education:<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.</li></ul>
