The Procurement Administrative Assistant will support our Field Buying team, ensuring accurate order processing, invoicing, and communication among buyers, inspectors, and accounting. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Responsibilities<ul><li>Support daily procurement activities, including order entry, order tracking, and invoicing</li><li>Manage and update orders across e-commerce platforms such as OFX and Famous</li><li>Collaborate with Accounting to verify invoice details and purchase order accuracy</li><li>Assist with customer billing inquiries and provide daily invoicing support</li><li>Communicate regularly with remote field buyers and inspectors</li><li>Handle incoming office calls and provide prompt assistance</li><li>Prepare and share reports and worksheets using Microsoft Excel and Teams</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Retirement plan</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
