<p>Harper Construction is seeking a <b>Project Engineer </b>for an <b>F-35 hangar</b> project at <b>NAS Fallon: Home of Top Gun, </b>located near <b>Fallon, NV</b>.</p>

<h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Responsibilities</b></h2>
<ul><li>Emphasize safety during the performance of all daily project responsibilities.</li>
<li>Create, manage, process, and log RFIs and submittals.</li>
<li>Develop and update the project schedule with the Project Manager and the Superintendent</li>
<li>Promote sustainable construction and coordinate project LEED requirements.</li>
<li>Maintain project progress photographs.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the Project Manager in purchasing activities, including scoping and take-offs.</li>
<li>Monitor material deliveries, ensuring all deliveries adhere to the project schedule.</li>
<li>Develop a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the contract documents.</li>
<li>Facilitate communication among all project team members.</li>
<li>Manage project close-out, including warranty letters, guarantees, and acceptance of work.</li>
</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Required Qualifications</b></h2>
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or equivalent</li></ul>
<h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Preferred Qualifications</b></h2>
<ul><li>Familiarity with reading drawings and specifications.</li><li>
Working knowledge of Procore document control system.</li><li>
Strong computer skills.</li></ul>
<h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Compensation and Benefits</b></h2>
<ul><li>$80,000 to $90,000 salary range<ul><li>
The offered rate will be based on the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or experience.</li></ul></li><li>
This position is eligible for our benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life, and supplemental insurance. We also offer a 401(k) plan with company match, company-paid holidays, and vacation.
