<div>Key Responsibilities
Payer Portal Administration<ul><li>
Coordinate with clients to establish and configure payer portal access
</li><li>Maintain and update portal login credentials in a secure and organized manner
</li><li>Add, modify, and remove user access as needed in alignment with client and compliance requirements
</li></ul>Banking &amp; Treasury Support<ul><li>
Act as primary liaison between clients and banking institutions
</li><li>Transfer funds between client bank accounts in accordance with established protocols
</li><li>Create, maintain, and reconcile bank deposit reports using client bank account data
</li><li>Retrieve and manage lockbox images and related documentation from client bank accounts
</li></ul>Reporting &amp; Data Management<ul><li>
Prepare and distribute payout reports to clients accurately and on schedule
</li><li>Provide invoice-related data derived from treasury processes to the Client Success team
</li><li>Ensure all financial reporting is timely, accurate, and compliant with internal controls</li></ul></div>

Job Role responsibilities
In this role, you&rsquo;ll help analyze, configure, test, and improve a variety of business and financial applications that support the healthcare revenue cycle. You&rsquo;ll work across teams&mdash;including Revenue Cycle, Finance, IT, and clinical&mdash;to understand how these systems connect and support day‑to‑day operations. Your work will focus on helping translate business needs into clear system configurations and documentation that support accurate billing, compliance, and reliable system performance.
Essential Functions / Major Job Responsibilities<ul><li>
Analyze and document business, operational, financial, and revenue cycle workflows to support day‑to‑day operations.</li><li>
Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into clear, actionable functional requirements and user stories.</li><li>
Support configuration, administration, and day‑to‑day operation of business applications.</li><li>
Assist with issue triage, troubleshooting, and root‑cause analysis across supported systems.</li><li>
Identify process gaps, data issues, and system inefficiencies and recommend improvement opportunities.</li><li>
Develop, run, and validate operational and financial reports using SQL and other reporting tools.</li><li>
Support business intelligence efforts by assisting with dashboards, KPIs, standard reports, and ad‑hoc analysis.</li><li>

Job Requirements:
Education:<ul><li>
Preferred: Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree; Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Health Informatics, or a related field</li></ul>
Work Experience:<ul><li>
Preferred: 0-2 years of relevant work experience</li></ul>
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:<ul><li>
Basic knowledge of Altera Solutions, and the healthcare industry</li><li>
Familiarity with Microsoft technologies and third‑party technical solutions (databases, SQL, networking, security, reporting, interfaces)</li><li>
Experience writing business requirements, user stories, and functional documentation</li><li>
Ability to run and understand scripts</li><li>
Software support experience with strong troubleshooting and analytical skills</li><li>
Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in a regulated healthcare environment</li><li>
Experience configuring and using applications or system components</li><li>
Foundational understanding of healthcare revenue cycle concepts (billing, claims, payments, denials)</li><li>
Ability to analyze billing data, reports, and error trends</li><li>
Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and communication skills</li></ul>
Working Arrangements:<ul><li> 
Standard work week, with the possibility of after-hours, on-call support, and holiday work as required.</li><li>
Primarily works in a standard office environment.</li><li>
On-call and after-hours work may be required during peak times, such as the end of the month, quarter, year or during applications upgrade.</li></ul>
Travel:<ul><li>
Up to 10% travel may be required.</li></ul> 
Compensation:<ul><li>
