 Role Overview:
 
 Directs and coordinates activities of workers engaged in receiving, storing, and shipping customer products inside a warehousing being operated on either a public or contract basis by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates.
 
 
 
 STARTING PAYRATE:
 
 $83k - $103k per year (negotiable depending on experience)
 
 
 
 PRIMARY WORK SCHEDULE:
 
 Monday &ndash; Friday 7am &ndash; 3:30pm

 Depending on demand, in some instances, extended work hours may be needed

 </ul>
 
 What You'll Do
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Plans and coordinates workload between employees and with customer to provide the smoothest possible performance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinates with organic maintenance support or outside contractors to ensure equipment and facilities are properly maintained to ensure efficiency, cost effectiveness and safety for both personnel and customer inventories.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensures personnel meet productivity, safety and attendance targets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Recommends staffing changes necessary to achieve production, cost, and customer service goals.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 What We're Looking For
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university; or three to five years related experience.
 
 
 </li>
