In a tech-enabled environment, your precision is critical to ensuring quality, compliance, and consistency.</li><li>Patent Support Experience: 2+ years in a patent prosecution support role is required. Candidates should have familiarity with USPTO systems and IP terminology.</li><li>Process-Oriented Thinking: You think critically and holistically, spotting inefficiencies and identifying smarter solutions. You follow established workflows and look for ways to improve them.</li><li>Tech Savviness: You&rsquo;re confident using Microsoft Office, Patent Center, and USPTO portals &mdash; and you&rsquo;re quick to master new tools.
