<h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Key Responsibilities</b></h2>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Support Go-to-Market Planning &amp; Execution</b></h3>
<ul><li>Assist in the development and coordination of seasonal marketing plans across the Food Brands portfolio</li>
<li>Maintain marketing calendars, timelines, and key deliverables to ensure campaigns launch on schedule</li>
<li>Help translate brand strategy into clear, actionable plans across teams</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Cross-Functional Coordination</b></h3>
<ul><li>Partner with Merchandising, Creative, CRM, Digital, and eCommerce teams to support campaign execution</li>
<li>Track progress across workstreams and help ensure alignment on priorities, messaging, and timing</li>
<li>Support communication and follow-ups to keep initiatives moving forward</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Campaign &amp; Brand Support</b></h3>
<ul><li>Assist in bringing integrated campaigns and product launches to market across multiple channels</li>
<li>Help ensure brand consistency across marketing touchpoints</li>
<li>Support creative briefing and asset development processes</li>

<ul><li>Help compile campaign recaps and performance reports across channels</li>
<li>Track key metrics and support identification of trends and opportunities</li>

Requirements:
<ul><li>2&ndash;4+ years of experience in marketing, brand marketing, or eCommerce</li>
<li>Strong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Collaborative mindset with strong written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Basic understanding of digital marketing channels (email, web, social, etc.)</li>
<li>Comfort working with data and supporting performance analysis</li>
</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Preferred Qualifications</b></h2>
<ul><li>Experience working with consumer or retail brands</li>
<li>Exposure to multi-brand or portfolio marketing environments</li>
<li>Familiarity with campaign planning and seasonal marketing cycles</li>
<li>Experience with marketing tools or platforms (CRM, analytics, or project management tools)</li>
</ul>
<p><i>The expected hourly pay range for this position is </i><b><i>$27.00 to $33.00 per hour</i></b><i>. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other factors permitted by law.</i></p>
