Job Description: 
As a Direct Support Professional, you help people live fuller, more independent lives. You&rsquo;ll provide support at home and in the community while building real relationships and gaining valuable career experience. 
 
What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>
Provide respectful, individualized care.</li><li>
Assist with personal cares. (dressing, bathing, feeding, etc.)</li><li>
Support daily living activities. (cooking, cleaning, laundry)</li><li>
Participate in community outings. (bowling, shopping, movies, exercise)</li><li>
Follow health, safety, and HIPAA guidelines.</li><li>
Complete documentation and other assigned tasks.</li></ul> 

Wage:<ul><li>
$18.00 per hour for full-time employees after the completion of a 90-day introductory period, with a starting pay of $17.00 per hour.</li><li>
$16.50 per hour for part-time employees after the completion of a 90-day introductory period, with a starting pay of $16.00 per hour.</li></ul> 

Location: Multiple locations in North Mankato, Mankato, and Eagle Lake. 
 
Schedules Available:<ul><li>
8&ndash;40 hours per week</li><li>
Mornings, evenings, or overnights</li><li>
Every other weekend required</li><li>
Holiday/fill‑in opportunities</li><li>
Flexible scheduling</li><li>
Common shifts:
<ul><li>7:00 AM &ndash; 3:00 PM/8:00 AM - 3:00 PM/7:00 AM - 2:00 PM</li><li>
3:00 PM &ndash; 10:00 PM/2:00 PM - 9:00 PM/2:00 PM - 10:00 PM</li><li>
Short shifts: 12&ndash;4 PM or 4&ndash;8 PM</li></ul></li></ul>

Qualifications:<ul><li>
18+ with a high school diploma or GED</li><li>
Valid U.S. driver&rsquo;s license &amp; acceptable driving record</li><li>
Must pass MN DHS Background Study</li><li>
Strong communication skills</li><li>
Willingness to learn, no experience required</li><li>
Preferred experience: CNA, PCA, DSP, caregiver, or similar</li></ul>
