 We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Manufacturing Electrical Engineer to join our team in Arifiye, T&uuml;rkiye. Within the Manufacturing engineering team, you will be responsible of all electrical manufacturing engineering deliverables, you will manage assembly functionally and testing (Schematics &amp; Apparatus and Mechanical routing).
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Planning, control and monitoring of production and assembly processes of rail vehicles
 </li>
 <li>
 Support external production and suppliers from start of production until handover of the rail vehicles to commissioning
 </li>
 <li>
 Continuous improvement in material flow and production process
 </li>
 <li>
 Assembly progress check (Time studies) and balance with assembly and production planning
 </li>
 <li>
 Management of Open Item Lists (OIL) in Production Management and tracking of execution
 </li>
 <li>
 Performing production oriented continuous improvement process and enforcement of required Design, Supply or Quality Changes
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensuring the information flow between the necessary departments for the completion of production processes (Quality - Purchasing - Engineering Departments etc.)
 </li>
 <li>
 To follow up the controls and implementation of Quality NCR reports created for quality problems
 </li>
 <li>
 Leading the Change Process implementations (CRF) in production site and transferring the know-how to main sub-supplier and negotiating cost management of the supplier for extra rework costs.
 </li>
 <li>
 To produce / intervene in urgent solutions and permanent solutions to problems encountered during commissioning.
 </li>
 <li>
 Leading customer visits/inspections and organizing customer&rsquo;s requests/changes regarding the final product in production site.
 </li>
 <li>
 Leading the factory acceptance inspections at production site with the final customer.
 </li>

 Qualifications
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Master of Science in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 5 years of experience in similar functions
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with 3D CAD software necessary (e.g. Teamcenter &amp; JT2Go)
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum level B2 in English (fluent), German is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Railway or Rolling Stock electrical engineering knowledge
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Experience / Key Tasks

 Design, layout, and support electrical systems, including control boxes, wiring, motors, drives, CAN networks, and power distribution
 </li>
 <li>
 Support system integration, maintain bills of materials, and ensure compliance with EMC/IEC standards
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and suppliers to optimize quality, manufacturability, cost, and procurement of electrical solutions
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of industrialization, vehicle interfaces, and communication networks; experience with PLC/C/C++ is a plus
 </li>
