This role involves fostering a love for learning, encouraging social and emotional development, and laying the foundation for lifelong educational success in alignment with CBSE guidelines.Key Responsibilities:Classroom Management:<ul><li>Create and maintain a safe, clean, and engaging learning environment.</li><li>Ensure that learning materials and teaching aids are appropriate for pre-nursery age groups.</li><li>Manage classroom activities, ensuring smooth transitions between different tasks.</li></ul>Teaching &amp; Learning:<ul><li>Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities focusing on motor skills, language development, social interaction, and creativity.</li><li>Integrate play-based and activity-based learning strategies.</li><li>Introduce foundational concepts such as numbers, letters, colors, shapes, and basic vocabulary.</li><li>Utilize innovative teaching methodologies to cater to diverse learning styles.</li></ul>Child Development:<ul><li>Foster the emotional, cognitive, and social development of children.</li><li>Encourage positive behavior and habits such as sharing, cooperation, and respect.</li><li>Observe and document each child&rsquo;s progress and developmental milestones.</li></ul>Parent Engagement:<ul><li>Maintain open communication with parents/guardians about their child's progress, activities, and needs.</li><li>Organize parent-teacher meetings and workshops to involve families in the learning process.</li></ul>Compliance &amp; Professionalism:<ul><li>Follow CBSE guidelines and the school&rsquo;s curriculum framework.</li><li>Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development programs.</li><li>Adhere to school policies, including health and safety standards.</li></ul>Qualifications:Education:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in early childhood education, Nursery Teacher Training (NTT), or related field.</li><li>B.Ed. degree (preferred).</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Prior experience as a Pre-Nursery Teacher or in a similar role.</li><li>Familiarity with CBSE curriculum frameworks and teaching strategies.</li></ul>Skills:<ul><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young children.</li><li>Ability to design engaging and age-appropriate learning activities.</li><li>Knowledge of child psychology and early education pedagogy.</li></ul>Key Competencies:<ul><li>Passion for teaching and nurturing young children.</li><li>Adaptability and willingness to use innovative teaching methods.</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills.</li><li>Teamwork and collaboration with fellow teachers and school staff.</li></ul>Work Environment:<ul><li>The role involves interaction with young children in a classroom setting.</li><li>Physical activity is required, including bending, standing, and lifting materials or children when necessary.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li></ul>Work Location: In person
