Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist in preparing Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO)</li><li>Coordinate with vendors/suppliers for quotations, negotiations, and delivery schedules</li><li>Compare rates, quality, and delivery timelines from multiple suppliers</li><li>Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely material delivery at site</li><li>Maintain purchase records, vendor files, and documentation</li><li>Assist in material reconciliation with store and site team</li><li>Coordinate with accounts department for bill verification and payments</li><li>Track pending orders and prepare purchase status reports</li><li>Ensure compliance with company purchase policies and procedures</li><li>Support audits by providing required procurement documents</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Basic knowledge of construction materials (cement, steel, electrical, plumbing, etc.)</li><li>Good communication and negotiation skills</li><li>Ability to coordinate with site, stores, and vendors</li><li>Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email)</li><li>Familiarity with Tally software (preferred)</li><li>Attention to detail and record-keeping ability</li></ul>Qualification &amp; Experience<ul><li>Qualification: Graduate / Diploma (Any stream preferred)</li><li>Experience:</li><li>1&ndash;3 years experience in purchase/procurement</li><li>Construction industry experience preferred</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From ₹25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
