As a senior consultant at H&amp;H, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping both project outcomes and team development. You'll have the autonomy to manage your portfolio, the support of a collaborative leadership team, and the opportunity to influence the future direction of the firm.

<ul><li>Lead high-profile environmental assessment and remediation projects
</li><li>Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, regulators, and stakeholders
</li><li>Develop and manage client relationships, proposals, and project strategy
</li><li>Provide technical oversight and review of reports and deliverables
</li><li>Mentor and train junior and mid-level staff&mdash;developing future firm leaders
</li><li>Contribute to strategic initiatives and business development
</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">What We're Looking For</h3>
<ul><li>10+ years of environmental consulting experience
</li><li>Deep technical knowledge of site assessment, remediation, and risk-based cleanup
</li><li>Expertise in regulatory programs in North and South Carolina, including NC Brownfields
</li><li>Strong client management, communication, and business development skills
</li><li>Proven experience leading teams and mentoring junior staff
</li><li>A collaborative, forward-thinking approach and commitment to quality
