Our company focuses on top-tier customer service and creating real career paths for people in the skilled trades.If you're looking to grow your career in HVAC while working with a supportive team, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you.Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead residential HVAC installations</li><li>Work with and manage an install helper</li><li>Complete installs efficiently and correctly</li><li>Communicate with customers on-site</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>5+ years of HVAC install experience</li><li>Experience as a lead installer</li><li>Ability to run jobs independently</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license</li></ul>Pay &amp; Benefits<ul><li>$32&ndash;$38/hour (based on experience)</li><li>Bonus opportunities (upsells / tech-generated leads)</li><li>Company vehicle, phone, and tablet</li><li>Steady, year-round work</li></ul>Schedule<ul><li>Monday&ndash;Friday</li><li>Occasional weekends as needed</li></ul>Pay: $32.00 - $38.00 per hourExperience:<ul><li>HVAC Install : 5 years (Preferred)</li><li>Lead Install: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
