As our <b>Training Coordinator</b>, you&rsquo;ll be the go-to person for organizing, documenting, and coordinating training that helps teams deliver an exceptional guest experience and strengthens our Hartville Hardware culture.</p>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
What You&rsquo;ll Do</b></h3>
<ul><li>
<p>Partner with leaders to identify training needs by department and location</p>
</li><li>
<p>Create, organize, and maintain training materials and documented processes (safety, POS, receiving, customer service, etc.)</p>
</li><li>
<p>Track training completion and development progress by team member</p>
</li><li>
<p>Coordinate the right training resources (internal trainers, vendors, online tools) and lead training sessions</p>
</li><li>
<p>Use technology to support training, refreshers, and communication</p>
</li><li>
<p>Measure results and share recommendations with leadership</p>
</li></ul>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>What We&rsquo;re Looking For</b></h3>
<ul><li>
<p>Strong organization and project management skills</p>
</li><li>
<p>Great communication (written and verbal) and a people-first mindset</p>
</li><li>
<p>Experience in training, coaching, or people development (retail experience is a big plus)</p>
</li><li>
<p>Comfortable with computers, spreadsheets, and documentation tools</p>
</li><li>
<p>Teachable, proactive, and always looking for ways to improve</p>
</li></ul>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Requirements</b></h3>
<ul><li>
<p>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred</p>
</li><li>
<p>5+ years in training/people development or a related field preferred</p>
