</div><div><b>A day in the life:</b></div><p>
The Porter is responsible for maintaining the daily cleanliness, appearance, and overall upkeep of public and operational spaces within the building and responds to special Building Management requests and work orders. This role is key to ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for tenants, employees, and visitors.</p>
What you&rsquo;ll do as an Exceptional Team Member:
<ul><li>Maintain cleanliness of lobbies, hallways, elevators, restrooms, and other common areas</li><li>
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust as needed to ensure all areas are tidy and presentable</li><li>
Empty trash receptacles and replace liners</li><li>
Restock restroom supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper</li><li>
Wipe down doors, windows, and other high-touch surfaces</li><li>
Respond promptly to spills, messes, and tenant requests</li><li>
Assist with moving furniture, setting up meeting spaces, or supporting special events</li><li>
Report any maintenance or safety issues to management</li><li>
Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are kept in good condition</li><li>
Follow all safety and cleaning protocols</li></ul>
What you&rsquo;ll need to be an Extraordinary Team Member:
<ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent.</li><li>
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Porter.</li><li>
Strong communication skills.</li><li>
Ability to conduct face-to-face discussions with individuals or groups at all professional levels.</li><li>
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.</li><li>
Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, stoop, or kneel as required.</li></ul>

Primary focus will be to service the existing business, operationally and financially, while maintaining relationships with existing customers and developing new business where possible.<br>

<b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li>
Collaborate in the development of the strategic sales initiatives.</li><li>
Work directly with SVP &amp; with Sales and Marketing team to strategize and develop new business plans.</li><li>
Achieve annual sales and profit objectives for region.</li><li>
Obtain new business, cultivate existing relationships, and exceed regional sales budget.</li><li>
Develop and present sales presentations to prospective and current clients to demonstrate Harvard&rsquo;s experience and qualifications.</li><li>
Establish positive and long-term client relationships through prospecting and conducting meetings with clients.</li><li>
Provide timely and accurate reporting of pipeline, account plans and regional management activities.</li><li>
Close new business opportunities.</li><li>
Responsible for coordinating quarterly sales and revenue reviews with leadership.</li><li>
Maintain knowledge of competitors, industry trends and Harvard services.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:</b></div><ul><li>
Minimum of 5 years industry sales experience.</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree or equivalent experience.</li><li>
Proven and documented track record of winning business.<br>
Must be able to demonstrate a history of competitive wins within the industry.</li><li>
Exceptional client focus skills and superior presentation skills.</li><li>
Ability to present and influence customer and internal management.</li><li>
Excellent leadership skills that foster teamwork and ability to build cross-functional relationships.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Compensation:</b> $90,000 - $95,000 + commission</div><div></div><div><br>
