Job description:We are looking for a Logistics &amp; Operations Executive with 1&ndash;3 years of experience in logistics, e-commerce operations, and order management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify operations, ensuring smooth order processing, handling returns, and reducing logistics-related issues.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Order Processing: Manage and process customer orders across Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and company website.</li><li>Inventory Management: Coordinate with warehouse and packing teams to ensure accurate stock availability and timely dispatch.</li><li>Returns &amp; Refunds: Monitor and process product returns, refunds, and replacements efficiently.</li><li>RTO &amp; NDR Management: Track and resolve RTO (Return to Origin) and NDR (Non-Delivery Report) issues to minimize losses.</li><li>Logistics Coordination: Liaise with courier partners for timely deliveries and escalations.</li><li>Reporting &amp; Analysis: Maintain daily/weekly reports on orders, returns, and delivery performance.</li><li>Compliance &amp; Accuracy: Ensure all operational activities align with e-commerce policies and company guidelines.</li><li>Customer Support Coordination: Work with customer care teams to resolve order-related queries quickly.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>1&ndash;3 years of proven experience in Logistics &amp; Operations (preferably FMCG or e-commerce).</li><li>Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Shopify admin panel.</li><li>Strong knowledge of order processing, returns handling, RTO &amp; NDR management.</li><li>Excellent coordination and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and data management.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.</li></ul>Why Join Us?<ul><li>Be part of a fast-growing FMCG brand with strong digital presence.</li><li>Opportunity to own and optimize end-to-end operations.</li><li>Work in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.</li><li>Gain hands-on exposure to multiple e-commerce platforms.</li></ul>Apply Now and be a key player in strengthening our logistics &amp; operations backbone!
