This is a full-time role in our Lewisburg, WV office, with opportunity for 1 to 2 days a week of remote work once trained. As a Staff Accountant, you will be responsible for day-to-day financial tasks, including, but not limited to; managing accounts receivable, assist with cost accounting, and assisting in preparing month-end financial reports. Listed on Nasdaq Helsinki, (Finland) Harvia is the leading player in the global sauna market. <div></div><div><b>As a Staff Accountant with Harvia, some of your duties will include:</b></div>
<ul><li>Accounts Receivable</li></ul>
<ul><li>Accounts Payable</li></ul>
<ul><li>Cost Accounting</li></ul>
<ul><li>Assisting with preparing month-end and other financial reports</li></ul>
<ul><li>Fixed asset management and reconciliation within the accounting system</li></ul>
<ul><li>Assistance with period end closing and reporting</li></ul>
<ul><li>Assist with tax sale compliance with our partner</li></ul>
<ul><li>Manage and help maintain financial records.</li></ul>
<div></div><div><b>We expect our ideal Staff Accountant candidate to have the following skills and experience:</b></div>
<ul><li>Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred</li></ul>
<ul><li>5+ years of accounting, finance, and auditing skills</li></ul>
<ul><li>Expertise in Financial Statements</li></ul>
<ul><li><b>Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&amp;O highly preferred</b></li></ul>
<ul><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities</li></ul>
<ul><li>Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines</li></ul>
<ul><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li></ul>
