 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Explore and implement process improvement measures from initial product design till production ramp of new products.
 </li>
 <li>
 Evaluate opportunities for improvement in quality, cycle times, process improvement, machine availability through lean techniques and value engineering to enhance the capability and remove waste.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify opportunities for implementing process automation to improve productivity, efficiency and quality.
 </li>
 <li>
 Resolving of production manufacturing related issues &ndash; Line tooling, measurement techniques, process capability, rejections, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide crucial inputs to Design for Manufacturability (DFM), Design for Assembly (DFA) analysis and DtV (Design to Value) analysis for new product development.
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement process control techniques and procedures such SPC(Statistical Process Control), process parameters optimization, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with Lean Six-sigma, Cellular Manufacturing, Automation in production line to reduce waste, improve process capability and increase yield.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay current and up to date on emerging manufacturing technology, new material and identity potential application in new development items to reduce cost/improving product quality.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify potential design and process POKA YOKE and implement them drive robust design/process strategy
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify good automation suppliers, jigs &amp; fixture manufacturing suppliers to develop local eco system.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Years of Experience Required
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 4 to 8 years of manufacturing engineering professional experience, with experience in assembly shopfloor
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Technical Skills Requirement
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Degree/Diploma in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in consumer durable industry assembly shopfloor.
 </li>
 <li>
 Good exposure in Manufacturing and assembly processes, Process automation techniques with sensory mechatronics, material flow design, Line balancing techniques, defining control plans &amp; run charts, Safety, Quality, Kaizen, Greenfield operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in handling products with spray and tempo decorations, and plastic blisters for retainable packaging.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in L6S processes related to manufacturing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Designing and implementation of assembly Jigs/Fixtures/Line-tooling.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in production assembly line setup such as Sonic Welding, High Frequency Welding, Screwing, Heat Steaking, Riveting, Adhesive Dispensing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manufacturing process problem solving skill.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in all presentation software.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Minitab is preferred
 </li>

 Role and Responsibilities
 
 
 
 TEAM MANAGEMENT
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Recruiting, managing, motivating, coaching, and developing a team of Sales Super Visor, Sales Coordinator, across North Region.
 </li>
 <li>
 Rigorous tracking and review of daily field force effectiveness parameters like Outlet Coverage, PJP Adherence, Effective coverage, Brand distribution, Total Lines Sold per month etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensuring maximum incentive earning for the team by reviewing and guiding the team daily
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Managing a Network of distributors, direct dealers and retailers across the North states.
 </li>
 <li>
 Complete management of Super Distribution network.
 </li>
 <li>
 Managing operations of the Super Distributor based out of New Delhi.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensuring an optimum ROI for the super distributor network with a strong check on all network health parameters like Inventory Quality, Market credit and other investments.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 COMMERCIAL EXECUTION
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ensuring the application at sales points of Category and Trade Marketing policies and operative activities performed by field staff E.g. POSM, Loyalty Programs for network, Monthly Schemes etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensuring perfect launches as per trade marketing plans for all new SKUs
 </li>
 <li>
 Detailed understanding of all business commercials including pricing and margin cascades.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage all network conflicts to minimize any disruption in business
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle all retailer queries around product with hands on knowledge of the complete portfolio.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive product education for the team and the network
 </li>
 <li>
 Providing insights and market intelligence on all competition activity
 </li>

 Qualifications and Education Requirements

 Minimum 3-7 years of experience in channel sales and distributor management in States
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum Graduate or Post-Graduate degree in any discipline
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Preferred Skills

 <li>
 Experience in handling super distribution network
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience gained in the FMCG / Toys / Stationery segment with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrable experience in managing complex teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Working knowledge of MS Office for daily reporting &ndash; Excel, PowerPoint, Word
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluent in English language
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of local languages will be an added advantage.
