We specialize in high-quality real estate photography, videography, and aerial content for real estate agents, brokers, and builders.Job SummaryWe are seeking dependable and experienced Real Estate Photographers who have their own equipment and can capture professional photos, videos, and drone content. This is a 1099 contractor role, paid per photoshoot, with a flexible schedule. No editing required &mdash; you shoot, and our team handles post-production.Responsibilities<ul><li>Photograph residential and commercial real estate listings</li><li>Capture interior/exterior video footage and walkthroughs</li><li>Capture aerial drone photos/video</li><li>Deliver RAW files promptly after each shoot</li><li>Communicate clearly and professionally with clients</li><li>Follow company shot lists and maintain consistent quality</li><li>Arrive on time and represent Hat Fella Productions with professionalism</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Real estate photography experience OR strong portfolio</li><li>Drone experience (FAA Part 107 preferred)</li></ul>Must own:<ul><li>Mirrorless camera capable of bracketing</li><li>Wide-angle lens</li><li>Gimbal</li><li>Drone (DJI preferred)</li><li>Reliable transportation</li><li>Ability to travel within Volusia.</li><li>Ability to deliver RAW files digitally the same day</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive per-shoot pay</li><li>Flexible scheduling</li><li>Consistent work opportunities</li><li>No editing required</li><li>Opportunity to grow with a leading real estate media company</li></ul>Work LocationOn the road &mdash; various properties throughout Volusia.Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
