 Lead end-to-end delivery of wastewater treatment plant projects
 </li>
 <li>
 Work on live/active facilities, complex sequencing, and regulated environments
 </li>
 <li>

 The Role
 
 
 
 
 
 You will be responsible for the full lifecycle delivery of wastewater treatment construction projects, ensuring performance across schedule, budget, safety, and quality.
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage wastewater treatment plant projects from preconstruction through commissioning and closeout
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and maintain detailed project schedules accounting for process sequencing and operational constraints
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, engineers, inspectors, and municipal stakeholders
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage contracts, subcontracts, procurement, and vendor relationships
 </li>
 <li>
 Track project costs, forecasts, and change orders
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify and mitigate technical and commercial risks early
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain full project documentation including RFIs, submittals, and pay applications
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead project meetings and provide clear communication to internal and external stakeholders
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 What They&rsquo;re Looking For
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 3+ years of Project Management experience in construction projects
 </li>
 <li>
 Direct experience delivering water or wastewater treatment plant projects
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of construction sequencing within active or regulated environments
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working with municipal clients, consulting engineers, and regulatory bodies
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, budgets, and schedules simultaneously
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and coordination skills
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Preferred Experience
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Background working on live wastewater or water treatment facilities
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with process piping, mechanical systems, and reinforced concrete structures
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., environmental and municipal standards)
 </li>
 <li>
 Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
 </li>
