Bartender / Barback OpportunityAt The Hatchery Lounge, we don&rsquo;t just pour drinks, we craft an experience. From elevated cocktails and premium spirits to genuine hospitality, we&rsquo;re building a team that takes pride in the details.We&rsquo;re currently looking for an entry-level bartender/barback who wants to learn the craft behind mixology in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment. No bartending experience? That&rsquo;s okay. We&rsquo;re willing to train the right person with the right attitude, work ethic, and passion for hospitality.This position is designed for someone eager to grow from barback into a skilled bartender and mixologist over time.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Assist bartenders during service and events</li><li>Learn cocktail preparation, bar setup, and service standards</li><li>Keep the bar clean, organized, and fully stocked</li><li>Support private events including weddings, corporate events, and tastings</li><li>Learn about wine, spirits, beer, and premium cocktails</li><li>Deliver a welcoming and elevated guest experience</li><li>Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while staying detail-oriented</li><li>Continue learning and developing your craft behind the bar</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Strong work ethic and positive attitude</li><li>Willingness to learn and take feedback</li><li>Ability to stay organized and move with urgency</li><li>Great communication and hospitality skills</li><li>Team-first mindset</li><li>Flexible availability including nights and weekends</li><li>Interest in cocktails, spirits, hospitality, and guest experience</li></ul>Experience is preferred, but not required.
