Hattie Larlham is a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating opportunities for children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Northeast and Central Ohio. As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) with Hattie Larlham, you&rsquo;ll support adults with disabilities in their homes&mdash;helping them build skills, reach goals, and enjoy meaningful daily experiences. Part‑time opportunities are available across multiple Summit County locations and on all shifts.

<li>Direct Support Professional (DSP)</li>
<li>Part-Time, all shifts, 6 to 35 hours / week</li>
<li>Weekend only shifts are also available</li>
<li>Hiring Now in Tallmadge, Cuyahoga Falls, Hudson, Macedonia, Tallmadge, Silver Lake, Akron, and Twinsburg</li>

Job Requirements:
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma/GED</li>
<li>Must be at least 18 years old</li>
<li>Satisfactory drug screen and background check</li>
<li>Ohio driver's license and auto insurance preferred</li>
</ul>
Duties:
<ul>
<li>Help with everyday living skills such as bathing, getting dressed, eating, and attending activities and medical appointments.</li>
<li>Document accomplishments and attend meetings and trainings regarding persons served.</li>
<li>Maintain contact with family members and provide updates of their loved ones.</li>
<li>Communicate with other healthcare professionals and work together as a team.</li>
<li>Know that reliability, punctuality and commitment to this job are very important in providing the best care to our persons served.</li>
