As a <b>Regional Service Coordinator</b>, you&rsquo;ll be the go-to technical expert for your territory&mdash;providing hands-on support, troubleshooting, and training to ensure maximum equipment uptime and customer satisfaction.</p>
<p>You&rsquo;ll use your mechanical and electrical expertise to diagnose and resolve complex issues, deliver customer training, and promote Haulotte&rsquo;s commitment to quality and reliability.</p>

<p></p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>What You&rsquo;ll Do</b></h3>
<ul><li><p>Manage all service activities within your assigned territory, ensuring quick and efficient resolution of technical cases.</p>
</li><li><p>Provide phone, email, and on-site support to customers on Haulotte machines.</p>
</li><li><p>Diagnose hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems using schematics and diagnostic tools.</p>
</li><li><p>Organize and conduct training sessions (technical, operator, familiarization, or product-specific).</p>
</li><li><p>Monitor and document all service activity in Salesforce CRM and communicate regular updates to your supervisor.</p>
</li><li><p>Escalate complex technical issues to ensure timely resolution and maximum machine uptime.</p>
</li><li><p>Identify and report quality trends or recurring product issues in the field.</p>
</li><li><p>Collaborate cross-functionally with parts, sales, and technical call center teams.</p>
</li><li><p>Promote Haulotte&rsquo;s brand image through professional representation and customer engagement.</p>
</li><li><p>Travel frequently (up to 80%) following Haulotte&rsquo;s smart travel and expense policies.</p>
</li></ul><p></p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>What You Bring</b></h3>
<p><b>Education &amp; Experience</b></p>
<ul><li><p>High school diploma or GED required; technical certification in heavy equipment, automotive, or related field preferred.</p>
</li><li><p>Minimum 5 years' experience in maintenance or repair of aerial lifting equipment or similar machinery.</p>
</li></ul><p><b>Skills &amp; Abilities</b></p>
<ul><li><p>Strong technical knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.</p>
</li><li><p>Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).</p>
</li><li><p>Excellent time management, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.</p>
</li><li><p>Strong communication and customer service mindset.</p>
</li><li><p>Ability to work independently and manage travel efficiently.</p>
</li></ul><p><b>Physical Requirements</b></p>
<ul><li><p>Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 60 lbs.</p>
</li><li><p>Comfortable working at heights, outdoors, and around mechanical/electrical equipment.</p>
