We&rsquo;re a modern movement and mindfulness space with a soulful twist - part fitness studio, part event hub, part social lounge - serving up nourishing food, exotic teas, botanical elixirs, and craft medicinal mocktails. (Opening in Reno around mid February of 2026).We're on a mission to redefine what it means to gather. You&rsquo;re lit up by our mission - and your students can feel it.Duties &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead engaging, safe, and inclusive yoga classes for all levels.</li><li>Design and deliver unique workshops or series in your areas of passion and expertise.</li><li>Start and end your classes on time, in alignment with class descriptions and intensity levels.</li><li>Greet students by name, build rapport, and create a space where people feel seen and celebrated.</li><li>Teach off the mat whenever possible- walk the room, offer hands-on (or verbal) assists with skill, and track student progress.</li><li>Offer clear instruction on poses, breathwork, and alignment with attention to functional anatomy and common injuries.</li><li>Foster a welcoming, connected community among students.</li><li>Stay current on yoga/mind-body education and continually evolve your craft.</li><li>Limit subbing and take responsibility for finding direct subs when needed - only reach out to management if all personal outreach is exhausted.</li><li>Leave the studio and equipment in a clean, tidy, and welcoming condition.</li><li>Communicate proactively and professionally with management - especially regarding maintenance needs, scheduling changes, and feedback.</li></ul>What You Bring<ul><li>A current teaching certification in your teaching discipline.</li><li>A minimum of 1 year of teaching experience.</li><li>CPR certification (or willingness to complete local training&mdash;$55 in Reno).</li><li>Strong understanding of injury modifications, anatomy, and movement patterns.</li><li>Confidence in teaching without having to demonstrate every pose.</li><li>A passion for student connection and high-quality instruction.</li><li>Willingness to participate in continuing education and professional development.</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Class Rate: $35&ndash;$50 per class, based on training &amp; experience.</li><li>Unlimited Membership Perks: Enjoy a Haumbody Rhythm membership (includes all classes + lounge perks) when teaching at least 2 classes per week.</li><li>Referral Bonus: Earn $50 for every new member who signs up for a 12-month membership through your referral.</li><li>Ongoing Growth: Access to mentorship, professional development, and scholarship opportunities to support your evolution as a teacher and leader.</li></ul>Growth &amp; DevelopmentAt Haumbody Sanctuary, we&rsquo;re passionate about cultivating both leadership and craft.
