We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy finance professional to manage core accounting functions, develop insightful MIS reports, and leverage advanced Excel and AI tools to enhance financial operations. Job Description:</div><div>
Accounting:</div><ul><li><div>
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.</div></li><li><div>
Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.</div></li><li><div>
Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.</div></li><li><div>
Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements and other financial accounts.</div></li><li><div>
Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.</div></li></ul><div></div><div>
Management Information Systems (MIS):</div><ul><li><div>
Develop and maintain MIS reports to support decision-making processes.</div></li><li><div>
Analyse financial data and provide insights to management for strategic planning.</div></li><li><div>
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data in the MIS system.</div></li><li><div>
Collaborate with IT to implement and optimize financial software and systems.</div></li></ul><div></div><div>
Excel and AI Expertise:</div><ul><li><div>
Utilize advanced Excel functions and tools to analyze and present financial data.</div></li><li><div>
Develop and automate financial models and reports using Excel and AI tools.</div></li><li><div>
Implement AI-driven solutions to improve financial processes and efficiency.</div></li><li><div>
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI and financial technology.</div></li></ul><div></div><div>
Team Collaboration:</div><ul><li><div>
Work closely with other departments to gather and analyse financial information.</div></li><li><div>
Provide training and support to team members on Excel and AI tools.</div></li><li><div>
Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.</div></li></ul><div></div><div>
Key Qualifications:</div><ul><li><div>
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A master's degree or professional certification is a plus.</div></li><li><div>
Proven experience in accounting and financial management, preferably in service Industry. 5-6 years of working experience.</div></li><li><div>
Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and macros.</div></li><li><div>
Experience with AI tools and technologies in a financial context.</div></li><li><div>
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</div></li><li><div>
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</div></li><li><div>
Ability to work independently and as part of a team</div></li></ul><div></div><div>
Personal Attributes:</div><ul><li><div>
Knowledge of financial software and ERP systems.</div></li><li><div>
Experience in Powerpoint presentation &amp; Word</div></li><li><div>
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).</div></li><li><div>
Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.</div></li></ul><div></div><div>
