We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities

<li>Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs to evaluate health status.</li>
<li>Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, including IV insertion.</li>
<li>Collaborate with healthcare professionals in a laboratory setting to support patient care.</li>
<li>Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness strategies.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.</li>
<li>Support the nursing team in various tasks, ensuring a safe and effective environment for patient care.</li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul>
<li>Current licensure as a Practical Nurse in PA.</li>
<li>Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred, especially in internal medicine or teaching hospitals.</li>
<li>Proficiency in performing vital sign assessments, IV insertion, and patient assessment techniques.</li>
<li>Knowledge of cardiac catheterization procedures is highly desirable.</li>
<li>Familiarity with laboratory protocols and coding practices is a plus.</li>
<li>Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients and team members.</li>
<li>Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while providing compassionate care.</li>
<li>Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to nursing best practices.</li>
